2. Hosting by ALL-INKL.COM

This website and the associated email mailboxes are operated by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The servers are located in Germany.

When you visit the website, technically necessary data is processed in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system, and the previously visited page (referrer). This data is not combined with other data and is deleted after a short time. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; my legitimate interest lies in the secure and stable operation of the website.

A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with ALL-INKL.COM.

3. Cookies and local storage

This website does not set any cookies for advertising or analytics and does not load content from third-party providers. Fonts are loaded directly from this server; there is no connection to Google Fonts.

When you make a choice in the “Privacy settings” notice, it is stored in your browser's local storage so that the notice doesn't reappear on every page. This storage is technically necessary (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

Optional services such as visitor statistics are only loaded if you have given your consent beforehand (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 (1) TDDDG). No such services are currently in use.

4. Contact form and email

When you write to me via the contact form or by email, I process your details (name, email address, optionally business, phone number, website, desired scope and budget, and your message) in order to answer your enquiry. For the free website check, I additionally process your website address and look at the publicly accessible site. The details from the form are sent to me by email and are not stored in a database.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (interest in answering enquiries). I delete the data as soon as it is no longer needed and there are no statutory retention obligations.

5. Contact via WhatsApp

This website contains a link that lets you contact me via WhatsApp. Simply visiting the website does not transfer any data to WhatsApp. Only when you click the link does WhatsApp open, a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.

When you message me via WhatsApp, WhatsApp processes your phone number, your profile and communication metadata. This may involve a transfer to the USA; the parent company Meta Platforms is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Your messages themselves are end-to-end encrypted. I only use your details to answer your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). If you don't want this, you can also reach me by email or via the contact form.

6. Links to other websites

This website links to client websites. The respective operators are responsible for their content and data processing. Data is only transferred when you click a link.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. Simply write to hallaoui@studioadil.de.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for me is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Der Hessische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit), Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 1, 65189 Wiesbaden, Germany.

8. SSL encryption

For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise this by the padlock symbol and “https://” in the address bar.
